1. Who we are
Narasystem LLC builds AI-enabled apps, business software, web portals, workflow automation tools, and related software services. This Privacy Policy applies to Narasystem websites and applications, including Nara Mobile AI Lab, VetNara, and future Narasystem apps unless a separate privacy policy is provided for a specific product.
2. Information we may collect
The information we collect depends on the app or service you use. It may include:
- Account information, such as name, email address, login details, or profile information.
- App content you choose to provide, such as prompts, notes, photos, documents, pet profiles, medical records, booking details, or support messages.
- Device and usage information, such as device type, operating system, app version, feature usage, crash reports, diagnostic information, and approximate region.
- Communication information, such as support requests, feedback, and messages you send to us.
- Business or provider information when using provider-facing tools, such as service listings, appointment availability, scheduling details, and booking records.
3. AI features and user-provided content
Some Narasystem apps include AI-assisted features. Depending on the app and feature, user-provided text, images, audio, documents, or other content may be processed to generate AI output, extract structured information, support search, test device capability, or improve a workflow.
Some AI processing may happen on the device when supported by the platform. Other features may use cloud services or backend systems when required for the feature to work. We design AI features to support practical workflows, but AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by the user before relying on it.
4. App-specific examples
Nara Mobile AI Lab
Nara Mobile AI Lab is a developer-focused testing app for exploring mobile AI capabilities. Test input such as prompts, images, audio, extracted text, results, scoring notes, or exported test data may be stored locally on your device or handled according to the feature you choose to use. The app is intended for testing and evaluation, not for storing sensitive production data.
VetNara
VetNara may process pet profiles, pet photos, medical records, care notes, AI guidance requests, booking requests, and provider scheduling information. If you book a service through a connected provider, relevant booking details may be shared with that provider so the appointment or service request can be handled.
5. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our apps and websites.
- Enable app features such as AI assistance, structured extraction, pet records, booking, scheduling, support, and exports.
- Respond to support requests and customer communications.
- Monitor app performance, diagnose bugs, improve security, and prevent misuse.
- Develop new features, improve user experience, and support future upgrades.
- Comply with legal, security, and operational obligations.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when needed to operate the service, including with service providers, hosting providers, analytics or crash-reporting tools, app platform providers, connected service providers you choose to interact with, or when required by law.
For booking or scheduling workflows, information needed to complete the appointment may be shared between the user and the relevant service provider.
7. Data storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system can guarantee complete security. Some information may be stored locally on your device, and some information may be stored in backend systems or third-party services depending on the app feature.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or operational reasons.
You can also delete locally stored app data by using available app settings, device settings, or uninstalling the app, depending on the product.
9. Children’s privacy
Our apps and websites are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Third-party services and links
Our apps or websites may link to third-party websites, app stores, providers, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our apps, services, or legal requirements change. When we update the policy, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of our apps or websites after changes means the updated policy applies.
